Exhibitor's Assistant is the premiere exhibit and convention planner for all organizations that exhibit in trade shows or conventions. Exhibitor's Assistant gives you all the tools you should ever need to effectively plan for the budgets, personnel, facilities, equipment and subcontractors required for both current and future events. You can even create a Milestone Exhibit Schedule for initial construction or refurbishing of each exhibit or create a Meeting Milestone Schedule to identify and track tasks for each meeting.

Exhibitor's Assistant is controlled from a Master Choices Menu , shown below in actual size. All Master Lists, Master Reports and various special features are displayed in this menu which never leaves your view.

Using Exhibitor's Assistant is a 3-step process:

  1. Create Master Lists of commonly used data to minimize redundant typing.
  2. Create Master Reports containing the desired data.
  3. Display the report (to verify its accuracy) and then print, fax, export or e-mail the report.
That's all there is to it.

You can also plan for meetings by defining a graphical Meeting Milestone Schedule wherein you define each item to be accomplished, who is responsible for the item and the start and end dates. Exhibitor's Assistant graphically depicts when each milestone is on schedule, delinquent or completed. You can use the same techniques with the Exhibit Construction Milestone Schedule to plan for construction or refurbishing of your exhibit booths.
