To assure that your representatives always have the latest meeting data, you can create and print a double-sided Representatives' Meeting Information pamphlet that can be folded into three parts, so the representative can place the document into his/her purse or pocket. It includes a Representatives' Expense Account to record expense items.
You create the Representative's Meeting Information pamphlet using the "Representative's Meeting Information" windows, of which there are three. These are designated "Page 1 (INSIDE)," "Page 1 (INSIDE) Additional Exhibits" and "Page 2 (OUTSIDE)." Page 1 information will appear on the inside of the pamphlet and is entered in the window shown above. If you have more than two exhibits at a given event you can enter the information for exhibits 3 and 4 on the "Page 1 (INSIDE) Additional Exhibits" window immediately below. Page 2 information appears on the outside of the pamphlet and is entered in the second window shown below.
The Representative's Meeting Information pamphlet is intended to be printed as a double-sided single 11 x 8.5 inch page which is three-way folded. However Exhibitor's Assistant prints each of the two sides separately. The expectation is that these two printouts will be converted into a double-sided document during the reproduction process, as several copies will be needed for each of the representatives attending any given event. Each of the two sides is printed by clicking on the "Print Report" button on its respective "Representative's Meeting Information" window (above).
