You can enter, delete or edit the data in any of the data fields in the "Exhibit Inventory" window. This is your "Exhibit Inventory" database and you can keep track of all the different exhibit properties you use, all in one place. When you need the data for one or more of your exhibits for a certain event, that information will already be in the system. There's no need to enter the data more than once. Note the "Panel Inventory" button at the bottom of the above "Exhibit Inventory" window. Clicking on the Panel Inventory button will display the "Panels Inventory" window listing all the panels for that exhibit, as shown at the right. Note the message in the lower left-hand corner of the above "Exhibit Inventory" window. Clicking on the row for a given exhibit, will display the "Exhibit Crate Inventory" window for that exhibit, as shown below. |

The "Exhibit Inventory" is one of 16 Master Lists of commonly used management data. The Master Lists capture redundant data you will use again and again when creating the Master Reports. |
